Prior to his election to the NOTL Council, Jack Lowrey was to (co) founder of the NOTL Forum. It’s purpose was to keep track of Council’s spending. Councils, past and by all indication, current, are not really concerned about spending our tax dollars wisely and question the recommendations of town staff and the administrator.
